Spent a wonderful Sunday in one of our least visited National Parks. The day started with a side adventure to Painted Cave, one of the largest sea caves in the world (kayaks for scale), a cruise along the rugged, northern coast of Santa Cruz Island, then some breathtaking hikes where we spotted a pygmy Island Fox (a fox smaller than a house cat which exists nowhere else on earth), and finally a ferry ride home where we encountered a pod of a thousand Common Dolphins.
