


3, 2, 1 – A reverse story in three acts.
Watched this scene of gulls fighting over a fish at Asilomar a month ago. It reminded me of the Aesop fable about the dog who had stolen a piece of meat. As it walked near a stream it saw its reflection on the water, and thought the reflection was another dog with another piece of meat.
The dog opened its mouth to attack its own reflection, and lost the meat in the stream.
So it was with these gulls, a fight over a fish which was lost forever in the breakers.
